Who Is This Position for and How Much You Can Earn?
You would need to understand the issues startups face in sales in the growth stages and how sales and digital marketing techniques can solve them. You would also need to understand what types of companies can benefit from implementing an account-based-everything approach.
Your time would be spent with maximum efficiency as our team can supply you with accurate prospect lists or you can choose your own targets following the provided ICP and Buyer Personas.
Our incentive model is based entirely on commissions which means you will be getting 30% of MR or MRR (for 6 months per client onboard) which is on average of $3.500. You can work on your own pace knowing that working hard will pay off.
Our client’s success speaks volume about the quality of Market Republic services, so you can confidently present our work to your associates in various companies struggling with growth. Close 2 – 4 deals a month and soon you will be earning $10k in MRR. If you are in the right circle of people with the right knowledge and experience, this should not be too much of a trouble.
- Surface, develop qualified sales opportunities within targeted ICPs and close high-value, recurring deals
- Present Market Republic, our culture, story and services in various events, conferences, occasions.
- Research and suggest any valuable sales channels and potential partnership opportunities that can integrate Market Republic deeply into high-value market segments.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key decision makers within potential clients and partners
- Research and suggest event participation in order to achieve the set sales target
- Work closely with Market Republic’s CEO on collecting the market feedback and shaping the sales pitch and overall sales and communication strategy
- Work closely with the marketing team so they can create highly-effective sales toolkit and support business development activities
- Strongly participate in promoting Market Republic’s services and expertise throughout social media, and thought leadership content.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in similar business development positions, closely working for growing B2B tech startup or an industry leader.
- Strong understanding of the following is a must:
- account based digital marketing and sales tactics, strategies, and challenges
- inside sales logic and needs and challenges
- challenges of the fast-growing B2B tech companies
- Zoho, SalesForce CRM / Reply.io experience strongly desired
- Proven track record of earlier successes in the field
- Entrepreneurial spirit and personality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- You take initiative and proactively seek out the resources needed to solve the problem at hand
- Strongly self – driven, strongly motivated
- Ability to succeed in a fast-moving startup environment
